Why Choose Us
Making Innovative Systems
Statistics show that up to 3,000 falls are recorded every day in the UK. Therefore, more and more over 65’s are choosing to have a Lifeline System installed into their homes, as a way of quickly contacting the outside world in a time of need. We are an innovator in providing a digital GPS location-based 24*7 UK-Wide monitoring service, which is available to all of our Customers, to provide you with peace of mind and support when you require it.
To bring you the best possible service, we are Partners with one of the leading CareLine response teams in the UK, which means all of our monitoring is carried out by a full TSA (Telecare Services Association) regulated call handling centre
We use one of the leading providers of CareLine equipment, ensuring every aspect of the service we supply is to the highest possible standard. If one of your Systems has a fault, we will contact you to rectify the issue and will send one of our dedicated Engineers to your house if required (full terms and conditions will be detailed in your contract, and are available on demand).
